Pets should not be kept in housing estate. Although some of the pets owner may think that keeping pet is a very good activities. However, keeping pets will cause the area very dirty. Then, it makes the environment very diry and ugly. Also, the money to clean up the pets waaste needs money too. Some of the residents are adraid of pets, eg dogs,cats. If we insist on keeping pets in public housng estate, that is very selfish because we didn't think of other reasons.Source(s): myself

yes, dog must be kept in public housing state there are some people they dont want dogs and also they dont want to hear the bark of dog.Most specially if they have popo the smell is very ofo, although they are very for these matter but you cannot controll.
