I dont think the bible is against sex. Several occasions the words "Be fruitful and multiply" are written. The bible is against adultery for many good reasons, one possibly population control and disease control. If everybody waited until they were married before having sex and only had sex with one person, none of the STD diseases that are abundant today would have had a chance to exist.
