AFC- 1. Patriots. They have made som many great additions and they were in AFC title game last year. 2. Colts- defending Super Bowl Champs. 3- Chargers- Will be weaker due to new coaching staff but still have LT. 4. Ravens-adding McGahee was huge and makes their O so much better to compliment a sick D. 5. Bengals-should reutrn to normal form after last year struggling season. 6. Jets- addition of Thomas Jones huge to running game. The O is now going to be good. The D has holes but very fixable in draft and are big sleeper for next year.

NFC-1.Saints-Reggie Bish a year older and did not lose anything important form last year. 2.Bears- losing Thomas Jones wasn't bad b/c Benson is just as good. 3. Cowboys-Romo is no longer a rookie QB and should be ready for the season. 3. Seahawks-struggled last year due to injuries but will bounce back with a healthy team. 4.49ers- Added Clements to go with Pro Bowler Walt Harris. Secondary is now sick. The O lead by Frank Gore will be even better. 5. Carolina- Will bounce back after horrible season. Everyone healthy and D will improve. 6. Falcons- New O will help Vick to be himself in the pocket. Adding Joe Horn will give him someone to throw to who wont drop the ball.

Watch out for: 1.Titans-Vince Young entering 2nd year watch out. 2. Rams- very good O. If D can step up they will be a playoff team. 3. Cardinals- explosive offense if D can be average they will be very good. 4. Giants- If Eli actually gets better this season instead of regressing, Giants wont be bad.

    5. Redskins-Jason Campbell now a year older, Portis heatlhy and the D is not bad. 6. Steelers- Big Ben should reutnr to normal form and possibly get them to the playoffs.

Keep an eye on. 1. Eagles-McNabb back. 2. Packers- A yougn team just gets more experienced

colts definitely, the titans are going to get a lot better this year, patriots have had the best off season so far they might win another championship, steelers are always a contender, and who knows what Russell can do if he goes to Oakland which he probably will, he will probably do what Vince did for Tennessee
