6. 餅模以2吋半膠片圍邊,先放手指餅於底部,以小匙淋上芒果汁,鋪上一層芝士醬,再鋪芒果薄片,放入雪櫃冷藏至少4小時;

7. 取出,除去餅模及膠邊即成。

    Mango Cheese Pie

    Ingredients:

    Mascarpone cheese 125g

    Fresh Cream 125mL

    2 whole Mangos

    2 Egg yolks

    Sugar 3 table spoons

    Gelatin 1 tea spoon

    Few drops of Mango extract

    Direction:

    1. Use 1 mango to make mango juice. Use another mango to make thin mango slices

    2. Melt the gelatin with little amount of warm water

    3. Put the egg yolks in a big bowl, then add the mango extract and 2 table spoons of sugar into the bowl. Use a beater to mix the ingredients until soft and fluffy. Add the Mascarpone cheese, gelatin mixture and 2/3 of the mango juice into the mixing bowl. Continue mixing them with the beater until it becomes thick and creamy.

    4. Use the fresh cream into another mixing bowl. Add 1 table spoon of sugar, use a clean beater and mix them until stiff.

    5. Use a spectular to mix the stiffed cream into the cheese sauce. fold them together gently.

    6. Put a 2 inch plastic film along the wall inside the cake mold. Put the lady finger biscuit on the bottom, then add tiny amount of mango juice onto the biscuit.Put a layer of the cheese cream on top. Then put mango slices on top of the cream. Place the cake in refridgerator for atleast 4 hours.

    7. Take out the cake from the refridgerator. Remove the cake mode and the plastic film, and the cake is ready to eat.
