1) Cut lean pork into thick slices, hit lightly by a flat hammer

2) Slice 3 slashes on the white tissues on fillet, prevent rolling

3) Marinate pork fillet with seasoning for 20 minutes

4) Fry pork fillets both sides until they turn slightly yellow and fully cooked

5) Heat wok with 1 tbsp of oil, fry the mashed garlic, then add sauce

6) Add cooked pork fillet during sauce is boiled, stir well, dish up and serve

    煎檸檬肉排

    1) Cut lean pork into thick slices, hit lightly by a flat hammer

    1) 將里肌肉切成厚片後用肉鎚輕敲

    2) Slice 3 slashes on the white tissues on fillet, prevent rolling

    2) 在肉片上用刀上劃上薄薄的3條線 防止滾動

    3) Marinate pork fillet with seasoning for 20 minutes

    3) 用調味料將肉排醃 20分鐘

    4) Fry pork fillets both sides until they turn slightly yellow and fully cook

    4) 將肉排兩面煎黃至完全熟透

    5) Heat wok with 1 tbsp of oil, fry the mashed garlic, then add sauce

    5) 熱鍋子加 1大匙油煎蒜泥然後加醬汁

    6) Add cooked pork fillet during sauce is boiled, stir well, dish up and serve

    6) 加肉排直煮到汁滾拌勻裝盤即可上桌

    1) 先將豬里肌肉斜切成數個厚片,然後用肉錘輕打

    2) 在豬里肌肉組織上切3刀來防止它滾動

    3) 然後將它醃在醬中20分鐘

    4) 將醃好的豬里肌肉放入熱油中炸至兩面成金黃色, 且充分煮熟

    5) 將1茶匙油放入熱鍋中, 1 tbsp, 然後油煎已搗碎的大蒜, 然後加調味汁

    6) 將剛炸好的豬里肌肉放入正在煮的調味料中, 均勻攪拌後即可放入盤中上菜囉~

    將瘦肉切成厚片 用肉槌輕輕敲打

    在肉片上畫上三刀 以防捲起

    醃漬肉片20分鐘

    把兩面煎熟而且變黃

    在油鍋中加上一湯匙的油 爆香蒜末 接著加入醬汁

    把煮熟的肉片加入一起煮滾 拌勻就可以上桌
