Help PLEASE: Can't copy text from Adobe Reader into MS Word....?

I'm having trouble with a few pdf files. I can select and copy the text, but when it pastes into Word, all I can see are lines. I tried changing the font in Word, but its still only lines.

Plz help me fix this.....thanks.
