How did the Massachusetts Constitution influence the writing of the United States Constitution?
How did the Massachusetts Constitution meld the two basic American constitutional principles that (a) all power is derived from the people and (b) the difference between fundamental law in a constitution versus statutory law in a legislative bill?

various issues: Article a million, section 9 and Article 5 determine that slave-importation would not be banned till after 1809. the three fifths clause (Article a million section 2) gave extra desirable weight in Congress and the Electoral college to states with super populations of non-voters (i.e. slaves) Article 4, section 2 on condition that states ought to return escaped slaves to their proprietors, whether they're from yet another state.
