Why is it more white cops are caught on tape then blacks or Spanish cops?

Ummm....don't look now, but there are more white cops. I would be willing to bet that there are more white cops and blacks and Hispanics combined.

My guess would be more bad cops are white.

Whites are easier to see in the dark.
