Unemployment question...?

Can you claim unemployment if you're dismissed from a job where you haven't completed the 90 days probationary period? Does it make any difference?

That won't effect your applying for unemployment. The KEY things are whether your past earnings were enough to collect anything at all, and that you weren't fired for something like insubordination.

no you are not eligible, if you are let go in your 90 day period unless you were let go for reasons beyond your control and you worked else where and paid into UEF

It also depends on your prior work history, how much you have put into it, etc.

It never hurts to claim it, and it will either be approved or denied.

it doesn't matter as long as you are searching for a full time job. If you was let go from that position, I say go for it.
