WinRar and WinZip = What's the Difference?
What is the difference between the two? Which is better?

WinRar and WinZip are merely different programs that compress/decompress files, made by different people. However, rar and zip are different formats - rar, generally, compresses more. But WinRar can read not only rars, but zips (and many other files) as well, whereas WinZip only does zips.

Different companies. I guess WinRar is better, but thats just down to personal preference.
