What is Amenism?

Has anyone heard of Amenism? Is there more than one definition? Please describe it.

You are probably referring to Atenism, which was the monotheistic worship of the sun instated by the Egyptian pharoh Akhenaten. It was quite a beautiful religion, but it was completely dismantled after his death. It may have had an effect on Judaism, however.

Amenism is the worship of the Egyptian god Amen or Amen-Ra (sometimes spelled Amun-Ra). He's the sun-god. It's also sometimes called Egyptian monotheism. I'm not really sure why.
