if a juvenile is charged with measure 11 can we try and get it appealed or get another trial if they are innoc

son is being accused of improper touching of a 3 and 4 year old foster girls we had mom is lieing and accusen him of it and i know he didnt do it i was with girls 24/7 if he is charged they are gonna go for mesure 11 if found guilty and he is innocent can we appeal it and go back to court for another trial to prove him innocent
