False positives for THC very rarely occurs. A prescription drug "marinol" could possibly because that is what it is. It is used for chemo patients. Poppy seed will not, although it may give a positive Opiate response depending on the Labs cutoff. If this has legal consequences, I would demand that the result be verified by GC/MS.

did you smoke any weed? cause that's is a for sure way, but if not then were you around people who were smoking, or have you eaten any foods with poppy seeds in it because the poppy seed has something in it that make you test positive for marijuana! good luck...

Are you saying you dont smoke and got a positive? If so ask to be retested tell them its impossible for you to come up positive.

Could have been contaminated in the lab,but the question is are you telling the truth.
