What cant a body consume like i know u cant eat a spoonful of cinamon but any other things?

I know about the cinamon flour gallon of milk and saltines is there any others?

I never knew all of that was imposssible, but I'd imagine it would be difficult. One thing I've heard we cannot consume is too much water or else it will dilute the sodium in the body and you'll die.

you can eat a spoonful of cinnamon...have you ever actually tried it?? wasabi powder can't be eaten (or snorted as my friend Hal so bravely and stupidly demonstrated for an entire class during culinary school) straight
