What is there to do in Redding, CA other than outdoor activities?

It is a boring little town but you can see a movie, bowl, shop, dine, tavern or bar, shoot pool, occasional concert, drive over to Anderson and see my sister. Pretty much the same as larger cities on a very small scale.
