How do i turn a normal image of the internet into a Jpeg format? so i can use it in a blog etc xx?

right click the picture and then click 'save as...'

I find that once you save a picture in Paint, it messes up the picture...(low quality) so if you have another graphic editing software, use that one...

(the same principle applies - save the 'internet picture', open it with your software, file - save as - select a format from a drop-down - save)

this could be a around approximately way of doing it...yet once you hit Ctrl and 'Print video show' you get a video show shot. basically paste that video show shot right into a photo utility and crop off the areas you do no longer prefer. Save it and open with paint in accessories. Click the save as tab and select whatever format you want to save it in.
