How do I make a secondary axis in excel stay?

Question

I know how to create a secondary axis but whatever data I plot on the secondary axis never stays. Even if I save the file, it goes back to the primary axis. How do I make it stay on the secondary axis?

This should not happen. Is your excel chart embedded in powerpoint or word btw. Check link below if this helps
