I would.

The War on Terror deserves a third and a fourth term. Roosevelt was elected to a fourth term fighting the same kind of fascism, and the world is in his debt.

However, I don't believe that American presidents should have more than two terms. We have other statesmen, it's just up to the American people to put one in office. There's no reason to be afraid of the will of the people. Americans are generally well-educated and have basically good judgement. They'll do the right thing.
