i'm a little biased being an american, but friedel may very well be the best goalkeeper in the premiership.

on sept 9 of last year this keeper stopped 2 penalties in a single game. he's got uncanny reflexes, great distribution, control of the field, experience, and most of all he doesn't play for a powerhouse team like manu, arsenal, or chelsea. don't have the stats but he probably sees a bit more of the ball than cech, van der sar, or lehmann.

Van Der Sar isn't even as good as everyone is making him out to be. Paul Robinson is better than Van Der Sar. Petr Cech is the best 'keeper in the EPL, but not one keeper has really stood out this season. Ben Foster has had a very good season though, 3 years ago he was playing sunday league football and now he has got a full cap for england and he is starting every game for Watford. I think he will be a great keeper when he replaces Van Dert Sar when Van Der Sar retires. But i still think that Petr Cech is the number 1 keeper in the premiership.

It's Peter Cech - Chelski, he got the best mental attitude in EPL.

John O'Shea. Just kidding. I have to say van der Sar. Lehmann is a whiny baby.

Jussi Jääskeläinen. Just flat out terrific, and without a defense like Arsenal, Chelsea, and ManU have.

    1 petr cech

    2 edwin van der sar

    3 jens lehman

    4 paul robinson

Lehmann, even though he has a tendency to go a bit mad. He's not afraid to leave his goal and be aggressive, that's why I like him.

I would say Jens Lehmann at this point.

keep his goal from the ball.it really tight and he dares to

sacrifice his head for the ball
