A Chromatic TUNER is a device to tune instruments. It reads a specific note when played and states how sharp or flat the note is. You usually read a set of lights or a dial that shows what direction and how severe. Then the person tunes their instrument accordingly. Now if you did mean "chromatic turner" you are on your own. Also no sure what this has to do with Atlanta but oh well.
