My opinion is that counseling would be better for your situation, if the anxiety and stress are not interfering with your ability to function too much. I take psychiatric drugs myself, but in my opinion, this is not an appropriate use (the drugs are not meant to cover up problems in living, like grief, which you *should* experience. Grief is a mentally healthy thing, even if it hurts. The drugs are for when you get "stuck" and can't move on, long term mental health issues). Of course, all you're hearing on here is opinions!! There are also drug withdrawal problems sometimes, so if you take zoloft for awhile, that may be an issue. I think looking for a pill, even a "natural" one, for your grief, is a mistake. Now, maybe you have hormonal problems from the miscarriage (like post-partum depression) and I'm not able to comment on that because I never had any kids.
