    Chum...and usuall consists of ground up fish and fish chunks and blood

    A slick. You chum by throwing oily fish overboard. The fish shold be chopped up and soaking in bunker oil. Never throw all the bait overboard at once, you need to throw pieces and pieces to create a fish oil slick.
