How do I convert 1 microgram to 100 nanograms?
I have a solution. The stock is 1 microgram, and I need a 100 nanograms solution of this stock? What should I do?

1 g = 10^6 micrograms
1 g = 10^9 nanograms
10^6 micrograms = 10^9 nanograms
1 microgram = 1000 nanograms
Do you mean molarity (i.e. converting 1 microgram/L to 100nanograms/L?)
If so, you would dilute the solution by 10 (so add 1 mL to a 10mL vol flask, and dilute to the mark with whatever solvent you are using) Whatever volume you use, just dilute in a 1:10 ratio (1 part your stock to 9 parts solvent)

Microgram = 10^-6 gram
Nanogram = 10^-9 gram
rest is up to you

What Kay said, above. Good answer.
