Well those kids who had issues stemmed from abuse in the home, I would have "pychiatric-counselor's" on staff for them... And, for those kids who are just harmful to themselves, or others... The psychiatrist and work, that pays them.. and a bank account on the site, to where whatever money they made they'd have to save, to give them "insentive". To keep them "motivated" to want to do positive things in order to stay out of trouble......I'd have a store there for them to shop for their own supplies, soap shampoo, toothbrushes, and all of their own needs....And everyone would work, and tend school., there. So that they didn't have idol hands at anytime, during there stay there.......There would be "Arts & Crafts" and "Music lessons" and "Trade types of classes" for those who always wanted to learn a trade, to get better jobs.... And there would be a detention room, for those who caused trouble, towards teachers, instructor's, or psychiatric care doctors.....And they would go to this padded cell, with nothing but boxer type of shorts, and a skimpy t-shirt, so they couldn't hurt theirselves.....There would be camera's all over the place, to keep an eye on them at all times... And "oudoor games" such as swimming, volley ball, baseball, football, soccer, tennis, basketball. Anything that would constantly be keeping them so busy, they wouldn't have any time to even think up bad things to do......For those with drug problems, would have to tend classes that teach them "Healthy living", and not preach on how bad drugs are, but how Wonderful Healthy living is!! And a "Drug Detox" center on site...Then they'd have to go too "Healthy Living" and once they succeded in this class, and had 6-8 months under thier belt of sobriety, they could then "Graduate" with a Ceremony, and a "Certificate" and then begin going to work, and saving their money, and buying thier own Living needs... But, they would first have "One Complimentary" set up, and after they've landed jobs, and all of them have to work, then they also have to make "Budgets" and learn how to work a bank account, and how to save , and how to pay thier bills.......Such as paying thier own way for their classes, or for their own supplies, and the like....To keep them busy, and learn how to use a bank account and manage money.... And after two years of being there, they could leave with their money, and those who were old enough to get their own places, after the program, would be taught how to establish credit, and use their funds for getting on their own, with recommendations for jobs.. And walked each step, of the way through getting a real bank account, a real job, job applications, shopping at real grocery stores, and the like... Oh, I could think of a million other things, that could help these kids to become successful adolescenses. and that also includes, church....smile!!!
