How do you make an energy drink? A.K.A what is the recipe to make one?

Any ingredients that can be found in stores?

    Healthy Energy Drink

    4 small ginseng tea bags (or ginko)

    2 quarts water

    1 cup fresh lemon juice

    2 cups sugar or sugar substitute

    2 small herbal tea bags (your choice)

    Bring 1 quart of water to a boil in a saucepan. Place all the tea bags in the hot water.Let the bags steep about 10 minutes. Add the lemon juice to a pitcher. Add the sugar and the remaining water and mix well. Pour the tea into the lemonade mix and stir.

    Refrigerate and serve chilled. Enjoy!

    Yogurt Energy Drink

    1/2 cup yogurt (preferably whole milk organic, can be flavored, like vanilla)

    2 pcs. banana

    2 egg yolks - raw/organic

    2 tablespoons Virgin Coconut Oil (melted)

    2 tablespoons flax seeds (ground)

    crushed ice (optional)

    Put yogurt, banana, egg yolk, flaxseeds and coconut oil in a blender. Blend it at medium speed. Put crushed ice in and blend again. Good for 2 servings.

    Mix Red Bull, Von Dutch, and BooKoo. Add 2 or 3 caffeine pills, some ginsing and guarana extract, some melted chocolate, and some wheat bran for fiber (gotta have fiber), and maybe some oatmeal, name it some cool name like Kazzzam! and there you have it, an energy drink.

    breakfast isn't the most important meal of the day. Ask the French. Eat: tofu beancurd soynuts gluten seitan quorn fava beans pinto beans chickpeas rice noodles lentils moong beans all the good stuff. Just eat the good stuff and look at Indian recipes. No meat, no crap.
