how can i stop eating to much junk food?

    stop buying it for starters. Get your lifestyle changed. Depending on your day, whenever you normally sit and grub out, do something different. Example, if you work till 4pm, eat dinner then watch tv and grub all night. Here is what you do, come home at 4 pm, eat something small if necessary, go for a mile jog. This will increase your heart rate, get the blood pumpin. If you have a sport your interested in, swimming, basketball, tennis, anything active, associate this with your daily workout. When your come home drink water water water.. favored water if you want. have a couple glasses stretch down and take a shower, after a couple glasses of water you shouldnt be that hungry. Have a decent dinner portion, this should be passed 6 pm. Becuase you know your gonna get hungry again. Keep small nutrious foods in the house, oranges, apples, granola bars, dry cereal to snack on around 9:30-10 at night. Do not eat within the hour before you fall alseep unless it is somethin small. . Stop drinking diet coke, that wont help you. Drink water or water based drinks, crystal light (no sugar, and tasty).

  • Try to fill your diet with healthier foods. Lots more veggies! Try drinking green tea. It curbs the appetite for me. Try to focus on other things. Chew gum. Brush your teeth after every meal. Don't keep any junk food around.

    It's a matter of self-discipline. Don't keep any junk food in your house, and resist the tempation to buy it. Switch to healthier snacks like sliced fruit or vegetables.

  • eat more protein , it fills you up and keeps you full longer - so you won't want to snack so much on bad stuff. when you go to the store , try to buy better snack foods...like..if you like chips buy baked ones, or try the 100 calorie packs of chips and cookies and crackers, they're good.

    Don't buy it...then you won't eat it. Repet telling your self that junk food makes you fat.

    What you should do is try to eat foods/fruites besides junkfoods when you feel like eating one...

    logically, there's only one way you can eat your junkfood(s)....

    Quit buying it because if you dont have it in your house then there's no way you can get it.
