Some restaurants have a list of thier foods and allergens. White spot restaurant has one. If she doesn't have trouble with dairy, she can eat ceasar salad with plain chicken breast and no croutons. Deli's sometimes have hummus, its great with taco chips. Some restaurants have fish dishes, or chicken. You just need to talk to the waitress or chef. She can substitute or eliminate gluten items from her plate. Also there may be a list of restaurants that can prepare gluten free food in your area, just do an online search. Oh, if she likes sushi, tamari soy sauce (one of thier kinds) is gluten free. I just bring some with me in a tupperware, as regular soy sauce has wheat in it. Knowledge is key, help her do research online of foods and hidden ingredients that contain gluten like artificial and nautral flavours. The more familiar she is with what she cant have the more foods she will discover she can have. I hope this helps. Please feel free to e-mail me if you need any more info or help in the gluten free area. Good luck.
