If Internet Options isn't working > go to the page you want for your home page > left click and hold the symbol before the address in the address bar and drag it to the house icon on your browser toolbar and release. If you're using Internet Explorer 7, you ca click the little black down arrow beside the house icon and click Add or Change Home Page.

You click on Tools,internet options,general tab,change there.If you can't get in internet options,just try and sign out then back in.
