I guess taht depends on the kind of rice you are talking about.

    Uncooked white rice: off white

    cooked white rice: brilliant white

long grain rice: 1/2 way between yellow and brown

    yellow rice: egg yellow

rice cooked in fast food type situations: pasty yellow

Do you believe in reencarnation?. Well orientals believe that the souls of living creatures come back to life with in the rice, so when some one eats it, the souls take their way to the sexual cells in order to re born . That gives me an idea for a posible color of rice : white hope

It's a base of pink, with some off-white watercolor layered over it, and aged with light yellow ochre.
