In music notation, what does the bottom number of the fraction in front of the clef means?.?

    The bottom number tells you what kind of note gets one beat (4 means the quarter note gets 1 beat). The top number tells you the beats per measure.

    its its like 2/4 it means two beats in a measure, and the 4 note (quarter note) gets the beat.
