Please help, I'm going back to school and need help with basic algebra to pass my asset test.?

I'm a 58 year old grandmother who's going back to a Technical College, to futher my education. Since it's been a while since I've been to school, an asset test is a requirement for "placement". The basic math part I won't have too much trouble with. The algebra part of the test is another story. I didn't do very well with algebra when I was in the 9th grade. So, I need all the help I can get.
