Are U sure it's medicaid & not Medicare? Medicaid is for low income families or individuals. Medicare is 4 folks on S.S.
Affinity Health Plan now offers two Medicare Advantage programs - Affinity Medicare Ultimate and Affinity Medicare Solutions -- to eligible people in our New York City service area. Both of these special needs programs include full benefits, no added costs and personal, one-on-one service. Eligible people who enroll in Affinity Medicare Ultimate may also choose to enroll in Affinity's complementary Medicaid Advantage program. You can qualify for one of these programs if you are eligible for Medicare and for government payment of some of your Medicare cost-sharing.
You can attend a free seminar on Affinity's new Medicare Advantage programs near you. Call us today at 1-877-234-4499 (TDD 1-800-662-1220) to register, or for further information. Click here to learn more about these new programs and their advantages.
