Inventory database?

Anyone would know a good program for a Mailroom Inventory database besides the templates on Microsoft Access or office?

Not specifically. I don't care for access, especially since the changes after '97, though I've done a few projects with it.

I use MySQL for databases, and there are quite a few open source projects for different inventory databases that use it as it's backend.
