Try 'swabbing down' with a cold, wet TEA BAG (orange or black pekoe) ... the 'tannins' in it will both help protect you from the DAMAGE you've done to your skin and also help heal it.
In the future, COVER YOURSELF FULLY and even then do not stay in the sun too long ... you can actually get a sunburn through most clothes.
I've had MALIGNANT MELANOMA (the WORST kind of skin cancer), my dear ... and the first one I had when I was just 21 years old, because I'd been out in the bright sun too long and got a really bad sunburn on my neck and back. I got a large mole at the base of my neck that didn't look or feel right, but I didn't know what to do about it. Finally I had to go to the hospital one day because I had a slight case of the flu and could stop throwing up. The doctor didn't care about my stomach, but he did care about my 'mole' and told me to come back to an appointment he'd made for me with an 'oncologist'/plastic surgeon. Because of that, I'm still alive and here 35 years later. I was 21, and now have the WORST scar at the base of my neck. Nowadays, the scars aren't nearly as bad ... but the 'Sunlight' you seem to love is getting 'WORSE' ... so DO NOT TAN (even in a 'booth' because they have some of the same 'cancer causing rays) and try to NEVER get another sunburn. YOU do NOT want to 'die of cancer' in the future so you need to start taking care of yourself NOW.
