Can you help me with this physics problem?

A boat at constant power tracvels 60 kilomteres upstream in 3 hours. The return trip takes only 2 hours.

a) what is the speed of the boat relative to the water?

b) what is the speed of the current?

Thanks in advance :)

    b=speed of boat

    c=speed of current

    (b+c)2=60

    (b-c)3=60

    b+c=30

    b= 30-c

    (30-c-c)3=60

    30-2c=20

    -2c=-10

    c= 5m/s

    (b+5)2=60

    b+5=30

    b= 25m/s

    More info: 25m/s is the resultant speed of the boat.
