Anyone know there is a cure for cancer not FDA approved?

Has been approved as an adjunct to conventional chemotherapy in Russia.

BUT, is still waiting for FDA approval in the USA

Manufactured by Novelos Therapeutics (NVLT.ob)

Cures 80% more cancer patients than conventional Chemo.

In Russian studies and one US study NOV-002 allowed cancer patients to become 100% tolerant to conventional chemo.

How come NOV-002 is not FDA approved?

Could have saved so many lives!

Sorry, I forgot to mention that Novelos Therapeutics Adjunct Chemotherapy medication.

NOV 002 Has been granted Fast Track and SPA (special protocol assessment) By the FDA

here is part of the news release:

Novelos Therapeutics Obtains FDA Fast Track Designation for NOV-002 Lung Cancer Treatment

NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 7, 2006--Novelos Therapeutics, Inc. (OTCBB: NVLT - News), a biotechnology company focused on the development of therapeutics to treat cancer and hepatitis, today announced that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted Fast Track designation to NOV-002 for use in combination with first-line chemotherapy for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). If there is any merit to the claim than it will be approved and placed on a 'fast tract' by the FDA.

You can read about fast-tract designation and what has been granted that status:

"Fast Track programs are designed to facilitate the development and expedite the review of new drugs or biologics that are intended to treat serious or life-threatening conditions and that demonstrate the potential to address unmet medical needs."

We are very familiar with fast tract status on chemotherapeutic drugs as my son has an aggressive, very rare abdominal sarcoma.

There are lots of "cures" for cancer not approved by the FDA and there are always good reasons for them not approving drugs.

Scroll to the bottom of the following website.

Also, read on how there is a cure for Diabetes, yet other companies paid 30 million dollars not to debut it.

Do not believe all you read. Many drugs have made that claim and proven false. Take Laetril, containing cyanide.
