Fatty liver disease affects a whopping 30% of the population. That's 30 out of every 100 people! And some estimates have it at 33%.
And if you're overweight, it's even worse overweight people are extremely more likely than healthy weight individuals to develop this condition.
In other words, you're not alone. Not by a long shot.
Other fatty liver sufferers have reversed their condition, lost weight, and rediscovered their energy, using completely natural remedies. And that means you can, too!

Aherbal liver detox would be best,
2- weeks of just fresh fruit would help to pH balance his body
Cherries, lemons, Cats Claw tea, salads, fresh fruit are good for the liver
Plus a good laxative, like natural senna or a chinese slimming tea
1-2 teaspoons of epsoms salts daily helps to detox the liver
Plus avoid yeast bread - yeast infection can cause a fat gut, take the acidophillus capsule and a herbal formula to destroy the yeast fungus
He should cut down on the beef and eggs for awhile, eat vegatarian free range eggs when the liver improves, and more salmon or organic poultry
But bacon / pig meat can cause tapeworms - and grow to 20 foot long, Olive Leaf extract kills pork tapeworms
Olive leaf also kills parasites that humans catch from animals
Sunshine and 2 kiwi fruit a day will help fix the high blood pressure
Avoid chemical products like shampoo, after shaves, deoderants, air fresheners etc
Use herbal / natural / organic shampoo, dish detergent, deoderant etc
Its helpful to do all these things cos we are not getting any younger and if we dont, then the problems just get worse

Fatty liver is a condition in which liver tissue is replaced by fat which doesn't function like normal liver tissue does. In effect, the liver doesn't function well, however, this condition is reversible or curable.
This occurs in alcoholism and malnutrition, especially obesity.
If this condition progresses, liver cirrhosis or scarring(which is irreversible) may ensue causing progression of liver dysfunction.

all good suggestions. he definetly needs a change in diet, more salmon, more vegetables, brown rice, oatmeal.
it is hard to make big changes all at once, but he needs to start. one thing that i know will help his liver, is squeeze half a lemon in hot water, drink at least once daily. had a friend who was taken off her liver meds once she started this regime.
for excercise, start him walking daily, or swimming, bike riding, something he will enjoy.
i agree, this person is a heart attack, or liver failure waiting to happen.
