廣式臘味炒飯

材料:

臘腸1/2條、肝腸1/2條、臘肉1/2條、蔥花1/2兩、熟青豆1兩、高麗菜末2兩、蛋2個、白飯1大碗。

調味料:

鹽1/2小匙、香菇粉1/2小匙、淡色醬油1小匙、胡椒粉1/2小匙。

做法:

1.將臘腸、肝腸、臘肉沖洗乾淨,移入電鍋與白米一起煮熟,取出切丁備用。

2.炒鍋加入少許沙拉油燒熱,放入打散的蛋炒熟,再加入白飯炒勻,輾壓讓米粒分明。

3.續放入調味料、臘腸、肝腸、臘肉、蔥花、青豆、高麗菜丁拌炒均勻即可享用

    Cantonese cured fried rice

    Ingredients :

    1/2--------------------------------Chinese sausage

    1/2--------------------------------liver sausage

    1/2--------------------------------cured meat

    1/2-oz----------------------------chopped green onion

    1-oz-------------------------------green peas(cooked)

    2-oz-------------------------------chopped cabbage

    2-----------------------------------eggs

    1- bowl (L)-----------------------rice

    Seasoning :

    1/2 tsp------------------------------salt

    1/2 tsp-----------------------------mushroom powder

    1 tsp-------------------------------light soysauce

    1/2 tsp-----------------------------pepper

    Method :

    1. Wash and clean the sausage , liver sausage , cured meat , cook with

    rice together , then dice .

    2. Heat wok add oil , pour egg batter and stir -fry until

    done .Immediately add rice and stir -fry for a while .

    3. add seasoning , sausage , liver sausage , cured meat , green onion ,

    green peas , chopped cabbage , mix well and serve .
