What happens to my OTCBB stock if the company files to be listed on NASDAQ?
Do my shares automatically get transitioned to NASDAQ as well? Or do the OTC shares become worthless?

They probably gain in value because the company may have gotten "big" enough to go into the larger market. If there was a change in the stock, the company will contact you about it.
