what is the PF Usage? is it normal to have it at 430 MB? or is it bad or what is the normal?

i have a 100 gig laptop. is PF usage too much or just normal if i have it at 430 Mb

    PF stands for Page File. This is a file on the hard drive that windows uses as if it were RAM. So, the amount of Page File usage that is acceptable depends on your amount of RAM. Generally, your Page File usage should not be over two times your amount of RAM.
