I'm using youtube right now and I'm trying to find a site that doesn't cut so much into my download limit and downloads quickly. Up to episode 158 and I hate the 4kids version. No blood!

The best group to fansub One Piece. And if you dont like getting them through bittorrent. Then have a channel on sysreset. If you dont have sysreset. go to sysreset.com

then go to the server; irc.rizon.net

go to the channel #kaizoku-fansubs

once there. view their botlist and start nabbing episodes from one of them.
