Is there any difference in working out 2 days a week for 2 hours each day vs. 4 days a week for 1 hr each day?
...or does it equal out the same? I really can only get to the gym 2 days a week.

2 times is actually better because if you body is use to a certain routine such as working out an hours for 4 days it does lose as much body fat. its likes being changed up
