What kind of songs are "Band on the run" and "Jet" by Paul McCartney and Wings?

Are they melodious or cheerful or noisy or wild or what?

Band on the run is a great song. It starts off slow and relaxing, and it gets a little faster, but it ends well. Jet is another good song, that ones a little louder. Have you heard these songs? If not, theyre probably on www.youtube.com

I mainly like listening to the Beatles instead of their solo albums, but i have the best of Paul and Wings, and the best of John Lennon.

  • They were considered 'pop rock'.

Don't these 2 songs run together as one long song on the album?

Poor Beatle Paul. Resorting to writing about being chased because he's famous on one song and about the hilarity that he's able to ride around in a jet just from his being a little band from Liverpool...LOL! I don't mean 'resorting to' as a put-down though... Paul's a great writer who writes what he sees and feels around him. :-)
