Why cannot yahoo help me to retrieve account?

When i signed on as foreverautumn_98 in l998, i was very new to email, therefore i answered the question as i thought, then i answered all the other questions that yahoo asked of me...Now remember my account had been hacked into...So i need a real answer, not a smarty pants answer...
