God killed millions and ordered his followers to hurt and kill people, including innocent babies. It's either immoral and a sin, or it isn't.

Anger is not a sin when expressed righteously.

For Jealousy, the Hebrew noun qin·’ah′, used when speaking of God as "jealous" variously means “insistence on exclusive devotion; toleration of no rivalry; zeal; ardor; jealousy [righteous or sinful]; envying. Therefore, God has the right to "insist on exclusive devotion" to him. Thus, he can be said to be Jealous. A man could said to be properly jealous for his wife.

And where in the world does it say he repents? It used a word "he regretted", but in the Hebrew, regret had to do with sorrow over a condition that had arisen, and not neccessarily with a mistake that was made.

God is without sin. When saying that God is a jealous God, He means that He is Jealous for us. He wants all people to "run" to him.

Look at Exodus 20:5 in the Bible...

Anger at sin is hardly a sin.

Jealous for what is one's own is not a sin.

Repents means turn back. God continually turned back from destroying the sinful people who made him angry and jealous.

It'd help if you gave the verses you were referring to. As far as "anger" - wickedness is not pleasing to God, don't expect him to be all cheerful and pleasant concerning sin. As far as jealousy, haven't you ever been upset when someone credited something good you did to another person? In the same way God doesn't like it when false gods receive the honor that is justly due to him. As far as repenting, who would he repent to?

People sin. Gods just live. Never confuse those two.

God has a heart of gentleness and humility. The concept of sin has to do with arrogance. The expression of emotions in their proper context is not sin.

From Scripture portions one can ascertain the attributes, or qualities, that are inherent to God giving one a glimpse of His character. One theologian states that His attributes are “His perfections.” Several of them are: His eternality (Psalm 90:2); His immutability, or unchanging quality (James 1:17); His love (1 John 4:8); His omnipotence, or being all powerful, the Almighty One (Revelation 1:8); His omnipresence, or being everywhere present at all times (Psalm 139:7-11); His holiness, absolute purity and separate from evil (Habakkuk 1:13); His righteousness, or justice (Psalm 11:7); and His truth (Titus 1:2).

Because God is holy, righteous and true, and He can do nothing inconsistent with Himself, one can come to the conclusion – God cannot sin! Since holiness, righteousness, and God's other perfections are who God is, if God were to sin, He would cease to be God. The fact that God is "holy, holy, holy" prevents Him from doing anything that is unholy, i.e. sin.

But our holy God involved Himself in mankind’s sin. He sent His one and only Son to this earth to die to pay sin’s penalty. “For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God” (1 Peter 3:18). “He Himself bore our sins in His body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by His wounds you have been healed” (1 Peter 2:24). “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified freely by His grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. God presented Him as a sacrifice of atonement, through faith in His blood” (Romans 3:23-25).

God bless you and happy new year...
