Do you have any resolution(s) this year and if so,do you plan on sticking to it/them?

WHETHER IT WAS 2 LOSE 10 LBS OR TRYING 2 BE A BETTER PERSON,HOW DO U PLAN ON DOIN IT?

    My New Year's Resolution is this:

    Make everyday a New Year and have a Resolution for each day.

    For example: I plan to build lean body mass, I decided this 7 mos ago and have changed the way I eat, workout, live...everyday. I don't need it to be New Year's Day to have a Resolution--everyday is New Year's Day.

    well if u stick to ur religion and do as it says...u dont need resolutions....the weight and etc are minor probs!

    I never make them because I can never keep them.
