What is the best exercise for the butt?

    Stairmaster. Climb stairs at work or school. Try 2 steps at a time. Make sure that you feel the burn in your bum. This will tone the muscles there. But if you have a lot of fat, you won't see muscle tone anyway. You have to lose the fat.

    Eat nourishing and not junk food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate ur message system from stomach to the brain so that u stop eating as soon as u feel full. Take plenty of regular light exercises and go for brisk walks. All unseemly spots will loose inches with pleasure in a reasonable time.

    Leg curl machine. You lye on your belly and your ankles and heels go under the bar with the weight. Curl your legs towards your butt and it firms up the back side.

    Squats, leg lifts (get on all fours and slowly kick your leg out.. do both sides), leg presses.

    if you are trying to make it bigger just go to McDonalds and eat alot. If you are trying to go smaller smoke crack for a few weeks.
