Stone crabs as the appetizer (bought them cooked and cracked at a local seafood market), shrimp creole with white rice as the main entree, and chocolate fondue with marshmallows, strawberries, and bananas for dessert.

    Delicious Crab Fondue

    White Wine any brand

    1lb of Swiss Cheese Shredded

1 package of either fake crab or real blue crab

    1 clove of garlic chopped

    1 package of cream cheese

(adjust recipe according to amount of guests just double if more than 6 people)

    Bring white wine to boil

Drop in cream cheese until melted and creamy

After cream cheese and wine are blended together add the swiss cheese and stir

Stir in crab and garlic and add salt and pepper to taste if you prefer.

You can make this in a regular pot and serve immeadiately with chunks of french bread.
