Can you lift weight on seperate times like lifting in the morning on your legs than going back to it after lunch on your legs? Or it must all be done on one time?

You can weight train different muscles at different times, say work the thighs and quads in the morning, and calves after lunch, but you need to leave time for muscles to rest, recover and repair before you exercise them again, so only every couple of days or so. But there would no point in doing squats and lunges twice a day every day, as they would never have a chance to repair, and therefore never strengthen.
