    Its best to know what area your looking for information on

    Start here:

    http://www.fordyce.org/scanning/links.html

    Then goto to Yahoo groups and do a search:

    state scanner where state is your state, example:

    califorinia scanner

    The groups have a wealth of people who can help with info

    You can also go direct to the FCC and run searchs, but this is not as easy and takes a little work to understand the data presented.
